Human rights due diligence and strategies for risk prevention and minimization
This workshop will shed light on the validity of your human rights due diligence and develop strategies to reduce and prevent the risks of working hours, remuneration, forced labor, sexual harassment and child labor. The aim of the workshop is to enable participants to reflect on their own implementation and assess whether the steps they have taken are sufficient or what adjustments they still need to make. The workshop will be conducted by expert Mark Starmanns, Associate Director of LRQA. Mark Starmanns has been working as a researcher and consultant on social standards and human rights in global supply chains for 20 years. In the last three years, he has worked particularly intensively on human rights due diligence at the international consulting firm LRQA.
